Firm unveils 32 terrace homes in Lagos

Comfort Architectural Finishing Limited, in partnership with Elegushi Property Investment Company, has unveiled Heritage Court 2, a premium residential estate featuring 32 four-bedroom terrace homes in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Located at Plot 13–20, Felicia Alarape Elegushi Street, off Kushenla Road, the project is targeted at urban professionals and families seeking modern, functional, and spacious living spaces in one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
Speaking at the unveiling on Thursday, CAF Ltd’s Chief Executive Officer, Oluwabusuyi Adonis Fakanlu, said the project was created to combine style with practicality.
He said the terraces feature generous living areas, abundant natural light, and a clean, contemporary finish, adding that the estate is fully serviced with a dedicated transformer, central water treatment plant, gym, ample parking, and a recreation area.
“We wanted to create more than just houses; we envisioned a liveable, lasting experience that blends style with practicality,” he said.
Fakanlu also highlighted energy-efficient features in the design, including layouts that enhance ventilation and natural lighting.
He noted that the project marks a strategic collaboration between CAF Ltd and Elegushi Property Investment Company, which industry watchers say could serve as a model for future urban housing developments in Lagos.
