Abuja School Gets 2,000 Writing Materials, Books

The Zephyrgold Foundation has distributed over 2,000 books and other writing materials to students of the Junior Secondary School (JSS), Nyayan, to improve their learning outcomes.

The foundation’s team lead, Mr Mathew Ajiboye, said the initiative was part of the organisation’s commitment to promoting quality education as a pathway to a safer and more prosperous Nigeria.
Ajiboye, who spoke during the donation of the items, said the foundation was established to positively impact lives, with a central focus on supporting students with the tools and motivation to excel academically.

He said, “Education is at the core of building a safe nation. When students are empowered with the right materials and guided with the right mindset, they are in a better position to achieve their goals.”
He explained that the outreach targeted students in JSS1 and JSS2, noting that while over 2,000 books were distributed to JSS1 students, their JSS2 counterparts received writing materials to aid their studies.

Ajiboye urged the students to remain focused and have a clear vision for their future, emphasising that hard work and determination were crucial for success.

The school’s principal, Mr Damian Ekeugbo, commended the foundation for its recent educational initiative introduced to his school.

Ekeugbo described the initiative as timely support that had significantly impacted students.
